填寫網上報名表格:
1. Paypal : 準備信用卡, 填寫網上表格後, 以Paypal , mastercard, visa 付款
2. FPS 轉數快 到852 - 91567597及截圖, 填寫網上表格及上載截圖
3. Payme 到以下QR Code, 填寫網上表格及上載入數證明
4. 銀行入數/轉賬ATM, 填寫網上表格及上載轉賬/入數證明
